Question

How long are posts held in moderation? And how can we see our post?

I made a post yesterday asking about Lightroom Classic. I submitted it and it came back with a yellow bar saying it was being submitted for moderation.

After that, I have seen nothing. I can’t even see if my post attempt still exists.

My post was pointed and not complimentary, but was not nasty nor did it have swearing.

So, when do we know?

    @Sameer K, @Anshul_Saini, @nik.m, @Anubhav M:

    I just had a long, carefully written reply with entirely neutral, technical language placed in moderation:

    When the “new” forum platform was deployed last winter, this happened fairly often but then stopped after a couple weeks. Evidently, some misconfiguration has crept back in.

    We’ve recently made changes to the moderation rules, and that could be preventing your post from going live. Could you DM the scirpt, or the try posting it again?
