How to back up Custom Color Profiles made with calibrite color checker

Hi! I'm a photographer that documents artworks for a living and I recently upgraded my hardware from an old mac to a new one and realized all the color profiles i've made from previous jobs are now missing. the old mac is now gone and wiped clean. I only got to transfer my Catalog and files (since its in an external SSD). For future reference, is there a setting to allow me to back up to the cloud all the color profiles or have them "baked in" to each file or maybe atleast included in the catalog file?

Was hoping it functioned like an XMP thing beside the raw, or have it stored in the same folder that you made the color profile from.

I now have alot of raw files that are no longer color matched to the original paintings as the DNG profiles ive created with the Xrite / Calibrite Digital SG Colorchecker are now totally gone (good. thing i have exported tiffs that are all finished). Looking forward to solutions.

It's as simple as making backups of your entire hard disk using Apple Time Machine (and knowing where the profiles are stored, so you can retrieve them if and when needed). The profiles are stored in MacintoshHD/users/username/library/application support/adobe/camera raw/camera profiles.
