How to cancel subscription without fee.

Adobe is operating under a horrible business model of charging monthly but when you go to cancel being charged an annual membership early cancellation fee that roughly equals about 2 months of service. I decided to talk to a representative through online chat and this is what I said, I hope this helps you.

When it comes to me, they have lost an adobe user and customer for the foreseeable future

The billing does sometimes confuse people about the commitment.

The subscription is on a yearly basis. You have the choice of a single yearly payment or 12 monthly payments.

Lots of people don't like the subscription model, but that is the direction that many of the large software companies have gone.
