How to change capture date [not time] for multiple photos

I am quite new to LRC and trying to learn by doing = I imported photos from recent trip - 2/3 were by a Canon camera and 1/3 by my iPhone.  The iPhone had the date and time from the location itself - but the Canon camera is off by a day [probably because of time zone change etc.] - I want to change all of the 2000 pics in that Collection [I separated the Canon ones from the iPhone ones and they are each in a collection] - I'm on a Mac [Monterey] and can't find where that change can easily be made.  Thanks for any guidance.
