How to change ISO when teathering

Hi guys.

I'm taking product photography and just hate the high ISO that Lightroom is automatically adjusting. Is there a way to manually select the ISO in teathering mode.   As you can see in the attachment, there are no arrows on the ISO option.

BTW: I'm using a Nikon D5500.
