I use LR 14, but this was alredy with apprtox. LR V11 ongoing...

->how can I get rid of those entries which are very annoying?

That looks like catalog corruption. What you could try is this: Create a brand new catalog and choose 'File - Import from Another Catalog'. Select your old catalog to import. In the import dialog choose to import all photos, but do not move them. This will create an exact copy of your old catalog, but usually without the corruption. The only thing that won't come across is any publishing services you may have. You will have to recreate those.

Before trying Import From Another Catalog, try deleting the Helper.lrdata folder:

a) Do Catalog Settings > General > Show to open Finder / File Explorer on the current catalog folder.
b) Exit LR.
c) In that folder, delete the folder "<catalog> Helper.lrdata".
d) Restart LR, and it will rebuild the folder.

The Helper.lrdata folder caches information about metadata, keywords, folders, collections, and other things to speed the performance of LR and it can sometimes get corrupted. In recent versions, LR has used it more heavily to improve the speed of displaying metadata, and there have been a fair number of bugs with it.

If that doesn't work, then @JohanElzenga's recommendation to do Import From Another Catalog is a good next step.

@johnrellis I thought about the Helper file too, but because the OP says "I use LR 14, but this was alredy with apprtox. LR V11 ongoing..." I decided that a corrupt Helper file was probably unlikely, because (until V14) that file was recreated with each catalog upgrade. Doesn't hurt to try though.
