How to delete multiple presets at one time?

I always right click on the preset name and choose delete to delete all old presets which i'm not using anymore.

But there are too many and time consuming, I cant multiple select by CTRL or SHIFT key, any way to delete large number of presets at one time?

Thank you.

Right-click one of the presets and do Show In Finder / Explorer. Delete the presets' .xmp files using Finder / Explorer.  Usually the file names correspond reasonably closely to the names displayed in the Presets panel, though sometimes third-party presets have file names that don't match the displayed names.
