How to disable adobe cloud auto backup photo from my cellphone?

How to disable adobe cloud auto backup photos from my cellphone?

I have purchased the cloud storage plan for photos I manually imported for lightroom. 

However, I found that Adobe automatically syncs my photo from my cellphone, which I do not want.

I just want to keep the photos I manually added to lightroom and delete the rest. 

I didn't find the place to turn it off. And how could I delete these photos?
