How to get a specific color on HSL sliders?

LrC does not provide HLS value of any color.

You need to use ACR to do this workflow efficiently.

0. Open the image in ACR.

1. In ACR put a "Sampler" on the color you need/want to change.

The sampler will give you the RGB values for that color in the color space you have chosen to work with (I guess you will want to use AdobeRGB or MelissaRGB)

2. Using the Color Mixer or Point Colors or Local Point Colors or a Color Range in masking change the settings till you get the desired RGB values for the color.

LrC is not good for any color correction work.

ACR is better, it allows to work faster and more efficiently thanks to the "Color Sampler"

Good news the edits done in ACR will be visible to LrC.
