How to get HLS/Color Panel Appearance to Return to Default?

Hi everybody.  I have been working in Lightroom (version 12.4) for weeks now, and out of the blue, my HLS Color Panel's appearance has changed on me, (see attachment).  How do I get it to go back to the default appearance? where the higherarchy goes like this?....

Hue 

Red 

Oarnge 

Yellow

Green
Aqua

Blue

Purple 
Magenta

Saturation

Red 

Oarnge 

Yellow

Green
Aqua

Blue

Purple 
Magenta

Luminance

Red
