How to go back to Importing into Lightroom with no user settings?

Somewhere along the line, I must've saved and import setting to change exposure, vibrance, sharpening, camera White balance...

Now when I import, every file has these settings applied to each Image. How do I go back to importing without these settings applied?

I have tried restoring default presets, deleting presents, save current settings as present, and None, however Lightroom it's still importing images with the adjustments!

In Develop, hold down the Alt/Option key and notice how the Reset button changes to Set Default. Click this, and Restore Adobe Default Settings.

Also, in Import, ensure you aren't applying a Develop preset.
