HOW TO move my LRC Presets to a new computer

Hi Team, My windows 11 hard drive crashed so I lost the upgraded LRC paths.  I had my develop presets backed up as *.lrttemplates.  In the latest LRC they are XMP files.  I am not able to get LRC to see my develop presets.

I have checked the box to store my Presets with my catalog.

My catalog is on i:\Lightroom\LR_Catalog.lrcat file

I see a I:\Lightroom\Lightroom Settings\Develop Presets

This folder has my previous develop presets in a ton of folders.

For Example: I:\Lightroom\Lightroom Settings\Develop Presets\00~Ag_Favorites\highlights.lrtemplate is stored here.

I have restarted LRC and I do not see the folder 00~Ag_Favorites under the develop settings.

Any idea how to get my older presets to show up in LRC?

Thanks

Develop presets have been .xmp files for many years. Those .lrtemplate files are from Lightroom Classic 7 and so they are probably not very useful, even if you converted them to .xmp files. Here are the file locations for Lightroom Classic:
