How to read & edit information of .xmp (profile)?

Hello,

 I have some .xmp file and they load as Profile, not Preset in LRC.

 I wanna read and edit them, but when I try open with text editor (Brackets). It's look very different than normal .xmp.
 How to read & edit them like normal .xmp?

    I guess they ARE Profiles and cannot be edited (to change to be a Preset?).

    You can however create a new Preset in LrC that uses the Profile you have applied to an image.
