How to reinstall LR Classic anfter an Uninstall.

After a highly confusing and unwanted upgrade to v14 I uninstalled LR Classic (bad idea?) . I thought I could reinstall back to v13 but can only see v8.0 available . Any help on rescuing this would be most appreciated.

You have found the installer for Lightroom (NOT Classic) 8. You want to find the installer for Lightroom Classic 13. It's in the Adobe Creative Cloud app. As shown below

To reinstall Lightroom Classic 13, do not click the Install button (of Lightroom Classic, not of Lightroom), but click the three dots in the bottom left.
