How to report error in Lr Classic?

Can anybody please tell me where to setup an error ticket for LR Classic? I have a massive problem with dehaze in the latest LR Classic release 12.4 so I went back to 12.3.

    It tends to be less frustrating for everyone when someone with an issue describes same in their first post rather than assume that they're first person to have observed the issue. Very often issues have already been reported and lengthy threads ongoing. Therefore, my questions are:

     

    1. Would your issue match the one described in the thread I've provided a link to below?

    2. If not 1, then please describe the issue and provide your 'System Info'. This can be obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item as shown in attached screenshot. The System Info provides us with information that can help quickly identify possible causes/workarounds/fixes.
