How to select On1 Photo RAW Max 2024 as a plug in.

I used to be able to access On1 Photo RAW 2023 via LR Classic's "Photo -> Edit In".  Having just installed the 2024 version with plug-ins, the 2024 file is not accessible.  Other 2024 plug-ins are available but not the basic Photo RAW program.  I can't access it via the Plug-In Extras menu option either.  It's grayed out.  Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution? 

Windows 11, Lightroom Classic 13.1 version, On1 Photo RAW MAX 2024.
