How to "select sky", in video mode?

I'm using Lightroom, I just ran the most recent update.   I use it for my photos...  But realized I can edit videos as well.  Is there a way to select sky, the way I could with pictures?  If not the same way, is there an alternate way of some sort?  I'm new to this app, maybe like a month into it..   Thank ya!
