How to Share LRC Catalog

I'm new to LRC and am wondering how do I create a catalog and how do I share the catalog with another LR user for editing?

The procedure summary is-

1) You [Export as a Catalog] {Share.LRCAT}

2) Other user does the edits in {Share.LRCAT}

3) You Import the {Share.LRCAT} back into your master Catalog

Full details in attached doc file- ("Client" is you. "Editor" is other user.)

You, and the 'other user', need to be on the same Version of Lightroom-CLassic.

Legend

The catalog file itself (name ends with .LRCAT) must be sent to the other user, plus of course the photos.

Alternatively, if editing is the only concern, you can send the photos and associated .xmp files (assuming the originals are RAW).
