How to update LR classic 13

Hello guys,

I have LR Classic 13.0 installed. I would like to use a newer version (13.3 or later), where do I find the update?

My Mac will not take the 14 version.

Is this a bug in the Creative Cloud Desktop Application? Can Adobe look into this?

Someone sent me a link for LR 13.4, I installed it, CC recognised it, and updated it to a later (13.5.1) version.
