How to use serial number to get Lightroom on New Computer

Hi. I have already purchased Lightroom CC Classic and Photoshop Elements 13 (I own the software outright, I do NOT have a Creative Cloud subscription). I have the serial numbers for both programs. I recently purchased a secondary computer and am trying to figure out how to download the software onto the new computer using my serial numbers.

I tried downloading a trial and inputting the serial number that way, but it keeps telling me it couldn't find a subscription attached to my account (obviously...because I don't have one). Didn't give an option to put in a serial number anywhere.

Please help me out!

I did purchase Lightroom. Lightroom 6, yes. My apologies. I misspoke. Purchased it in 2016. I have a serial number for that software (as well as Photoshop elements...I'm just less concerned with transferring elements at this point because I have a Software CD for it, so my main concern is with Lightroom).

Let's get things straightened out first. You can't "purchase" Lightroom Classic CC. It's subscription only. Did you purchase Lightroom 6? What is it that you have serial numbers for?
