I am experiencing the spinning wheel every time I try to export a photo from Lightroom.

This wasn't a problem until I loaded some presets.

1. What presets?
2. Do the photos you are exporting, that results in the spinning wheel, all have these new presets applied to them?
3. If you export just photos that DO NOT have those new presets applied to them, do you get a spinning wheel?
4. If No. 3 (above) results in a spinning wheel, if you remove the new presets, does the problem go away?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.
