i can no longer work in the app or download photos

Good evening, I'm having serious problems with LrC, I don't know what's going on.
I've tried every way to download photos for editing and it won't open them, and when it does it's only half the album, and then when I go to the developing window, it doesn't open anything, they're new photos, not albums that have already been used, please, I have to work and I can't do anything on it anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times.
I need urgent help
