I can't access Lightroom Classic

Hey yall. I bought a package that includes Lightroom and Lightroom Classic earlier today, and my payment went through and everything, but the application is still not letting me access it. PLEASE HELP I have tried everything and I have to edit pictures!!

It looks like your Adobe ID has multiple profiles (Personal and Business) under the same email address. In this case, Lightroom Classic might not be accessible if you’re logged into the wrong profile (https://adobe.ly/4jp2jZS).

 

We can also see that your Personal Profile has an active subscription and currently shows:
Used/Quota: 1.317 GB / 1024 GB
