I can't add any collections

I am trying to add collections, collections sets as well, and nothing happens when I click the + symbol. Previously there was always a prompt to fill in a name.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have the latest version.

I even deleted my preferences under roaming apps as suggested somewhere.
