I can't load Help using F1 or menu from within LrC even after resetting the prefs on it.

Help not available within LrC even after resetting the prefs on it as was suggested in another possible solution.  It also has trouble with trying to open some other type of file which it seems to have forgotten about.  Is it perhaps not wanting to use my current default browser (Brave) on Win11?
