I can't use the reveal function gives error

Buenos días, 
 
Desde hace días, no puedo editar fotos en Lightroom Classic para PC. 
Cuando las importo desde mi ordenador y me voy a “Revelar”, se queda colgado, no me deja seleccionar ninguna fotografía y finalmente se queda colgado y me sale el siguiente error

No puedo trabajar, y no sé como se puede arreglar, la aplicación está actualizada, según indica en mi cuenta desde hace 18 días, por lo que no parece un tema de actualización. 
 
¿Alguien más con este problema?, ¿Me podéis ayudar? Gracias.

In addition to sending a crash report to Adobe (be sure to include the email address associated with your Adobe Id), do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
