i cant update my lightroom

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to update it? For example, does Creative Cloud show the update but fail during installation, or is the update not appearing at all?

Please also share:

• Your Windows/macOS version

• Your current Lightroom Classic version

• A screenshot of any error message or error code you receive
