I have 30 years of photos that i cannot find.

I have multipul backups but cannot seem to load any of them it happened with a window mad swiich and to add insult to injury i cannot find the windows hard drives that i pulled when I took the home tower out.

any any help will bless me. this has been devastating.

I am on the east coast, and would welcome help. it is like a perfect storm. Every time I think I have found them I have been getting shut down. I pulled the hard drives form the windows tower but can't find them my main external hard drive won't spin up. so i am working with the back ups of the backups.

I need someone that knows lightroom classic very well. I may have lost 30 years of ;images. I have lots of backups, at least i think do. This was a switch to mac from windows that created this issue. I simply look at the backups and do not know how if at all, I really really really need help losing them if heartbreaking

Have you tried to call Adobe.....800-833-6687.....My entire LR Catalogue (thousands of photos) somehow became corrupt....I ttried everything..finally call Adobe and they tried to fix it on line...Nothing worked..They finally asked me to send my catalogue to them..I did and three days later it was returned....PERFECT CONDITION...I have called them several times and they are always very helpfu...Good luck...Jean

This is quite vague. When you say "cannot seem to load", what steps are you trying? What happens? Please describe in detail. What is the error message?

This is a screenshot of my external HD backups. I cannot get any backup's loaded. i went from windows to mac and "thought, think" i had what I needed in backups

How were the backups created?

Do you get an error message?

Please be more specific.
