I have a problem where certain pictures get stuck and do not upload to the Adobe cloud

I use Lightroom classic 15.5.1 on a Mac with Taohe OS. I have som pictures that I deleted from one collection that was synced and added to another. They did not upload and now I coannot get these pictures to upload even as a part of a completly new collection. On the web they are not in the collection at all.
