I have installet lightroom Classic on a new computer but the program picks the file set-up from my computer one computer earlier. How do I get Lightroom Classic picking the set-up from my last computer. Is it possible to pick a later file configuration ?

The folders and photos show up are the ones from the computer I used until
2017.
Meaning configuration based on situation at the last computer change 2017.

You have told Lightroom Classic to open the wrong catalog file. Find the catalog file from the previous computer and open that in Lightroom Classic.

Well, more explanation would help. Are your photos shown as missing (exclamation point icon) or are your folders shown as missing (question mark icon)? Do you see folders that don't exist? Are you expecting to see folders that don't show up in LrC?
