    What do you mean with this statement? 

    Lightroom (Desktop/Cloud based) od Lightroom classic?

    Do you get error messages?

    Please be more specific and give us more detailed informations.

    Are you referring to Lightroom (cloud based) or Lightroom Classic?

    Is your Creative Cloud app running with you logged in to Adobe?

    Has it run ok in the past? 

    What is your computer system? 

    What version of Lightroom or Lightroom Classic do you have installed?

    “Come up” how? Don’t you see it in the Creative Cloud app?
