In some situations, you may have two Adobe subscriptions, both of which may open, but only one of which will have your active applications. Try shutting down Lightroom and re-opening with your other presence. BTW, this may work on your desktop and not your portable versions.
As far as I can tell, your screenshots were taken on an iPad, not an iPhone. “Lightroom Photo & Video Editor” is the iPhone version of Lightroom Mobile, not the iPad version. I wonder if that may have something to do with this.
