I have seen a few inquiries about VERY slow exporting from LR...but no answers....I did read the stuff about "improve performance"......

I have an iMac with 3.5 GHz  intel core i5 processor, 32 GB RAM, AMD RADEON R9 M295x graphics card....Mac OS 10.13.6, Latest updated LR classic.....

this is a recent trend......very frustrated..

    More information about the type and output size of file your exporting and how many images are involved would be helpful. For example, 100 JPEGs at 1024 by 768 pixels from Nikon D850 NEF files. Why is this important? Well, processing 100 D850 45.7mp images will take longer than say 100 NEF from a D5300 at 24.1mp.

    100 tiffs from Olympus OMD em1.....but I promise a few weeks ago I was doing the same thing....and was NOT this slow....thanks so much for your reply....
