I have started to get the following message when shutting down - 232 photos are still syncing to Lightroom. Do you want shut down or wait for syncing to finish.

I waited, but nothing happens.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks

Hey, @geoffl18657010. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom Classic & the macOS are you working on? Where is the catalog stored, on the internal or external drive?

Check Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & clear any incomplete sync items. Try these suggestions:

  • Apply a flag or rating to some of the images syncing in Lightroom Classic & let Lightroom sit idle for 30-40 minutes to finish syncing.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi Sameer, sorry for the delay in responding, as I had a small operation on my hand. I took your advice, and it no longer sends up the alert so, all good thank you.
