Does Adoba have an extern server that save files i have been working on?

 

My Mac did an update and everything got erased.

 

So I am hoping if they have an extern server that contains my files

Very sorry to say- No.  Unless you have backed-up your files to another drive. There is no "server" copy for the Lightroom-Classic Catalog and your photos. Did you have Time Machine active?

That should never happen with an update. What version of Mac OS to what version of Mac OS?

What do you mean "Everything got erased" What exactly. All your apps or just the photos in Lightroom Classic (LrC)? The photos and folders they are/were in?

If your photos are missing in LrC. I suspect you are seeing a different catalog opened in LrC than the one you were using. Search your Mac drives for files that end in .LRCAT. Double click on the next to newest one by file date. That should be the one you were using before the update.
