I purchased the discounted PS and LS plan and cannot install them.

Question

Hello, I have a problem. I purchased Photoshop and Lightroom, logged into my Creative Cloud Desktop, and in my apps, I see these purchased applications only as "trial." When I click the "Try" button, it takes me back to the plan selection, where I have to enter my credit card details again. However, when I try to do this, a window pops up saying that I already own this plan. But I still can't install the applications because there is no "Install" option, only "Try."

Hey, @nervosaur. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with, and you currently have an active subscription.
