Es funktioniert auch nicht, wenn ich die in Photoshop bearbeitete Datei aus Photoshop exportiere. Dann erhalte ich eine Mitteilung, dass Bearbeitungen oder Aktivitäten fehlen. Kann das damit zusammenhängen, dass Photoshop immer noch nur eine Beta-Version der Content Credentials zur Verfügung stellt?

Thank you for reaching out. This is a common point of confusion when working between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, and I'd like to help clarify how Content Credentials work in this cross-app workflow.

My hypothesis is that Content Credentials track edit history per application session. When you open a photo from Lightroom Classic in Photoshop, it opens as a new document. Content Credentials wasn't active when you began your Photoshop edits; the edit activity won't be captured retroactively. How to fix this going forward. In Photoshop, enable Content Credentials before you edit: Go to Window > Content Credentials (Beta) and click Enable Content Credentials on the document immediately after opening it from Lightroom Classic, before making any edits.

Also, could you check Settings/Preferences > History & Content Credentials and enable it for new and saved files so it's always active?

In Lightroom Classic, include "Edits and activity" on export. When exporting your final image from Lightroom Classic: File > Export > scroll to the Content Credentials section > make sure both "Attach to files" and "Edits and activity" are checked.

Note: Content Credentials in Lightroom Classic currently only apply to JPEG exports and require an active internet connection.

Export from Photoshop (if that's your final step):

Use File > Export As or Save a Copy and ensure Content Credentials is enabled in the export dialog. The credentials (including edit history) are embedded at export time.

To verify your credentials, you can check if Content Credentials are properly attached by uploading your exported file to Content Credentials Verify.
