Icon for Lightroom Classic shows two diagonal flashes in the upper right

After having Updated my computer to Windows 10 i got the above mentioned problem.

I don't know what it means? Can anyone tell me?

I suggest the two small 'arrows' have some meaning in Windows like- "NTFS compression is enabled". It is not a Lightroom problem.
