Icon for touch interface gone

I am using Lightroom Classic on my GPD Pocket 3 running Windows 10 and last year i noticed the touch interface icon vanished from the bottom left corner above the scrolling galery. Did this feature get removed at some point? Is there a key combination to activate it? Previously it just worked, i didn't even had to activate tablet mode.

The GPD Pocket 3 is a convertible Laptop/Lablet powered by an i7 1195G7 with the current Windows 10 and LRc installed.
