Question

Ik gebruik light room classic. Als ik Afleidingen verwijderen / Mensen gebruik werkt dit sinds kot niet meer. Ik krijg de melding dat er geen geschikte app voor is. Herkent iemand dit probleem? In kent iemand een oplossing?

    I have disabled Norton. I also de-installed and installed LRC again. But still removing people won't work.

    Hi ​@Nicovo, can you try uninstalling Norton temporarily? If that still doesn’t work, please try reinstalling using the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/prepare-to-run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html?linkId=100000395089249.

    I’d be happy to help look into this with you. To better understand what’s happening, could you share which version of Lightroom you’re currently using? If possible, please also include a screenshot of your full screen so we can get a clearer view of the issue.

    I Work with version 15.3 of Lightroom classic. It worked perfectly for some months.

    Which screen would you like to see?  

    I'me not quite sure but I have a feeling the problem started after installing Norton Utilities.

      It may indeed be that Norton is blocking something. The dialog shows an online link at the top, so perhaps Norton screws up the AI detection (which runs on Adobe servers).

       

      By the way; you posted this in the wrong forum, so expect it to be moved to the Lightroom Classic forum at some point.
