Image is stuttering / shaking when cropped in

Question

I just got a new macbook pro with sonoma 14.4.1 and when i zoom in in LRC and move the image around it stutters very hard and runs not smooth at all. My 300€ laptop does it smooth even. I redownloaded sonoma and resetted my mac. I have 96gb of ram and the m3 max chip. I really don't know anymore

Using a heavily edited Canon EOS R5 image, I can't reproduce on the following four Mac computers:

Mac Studio M1 Ultra (64GB)

MacBook Pro M3 Max (64GB)

MaxBook Air M3 (16GB)

Mac mini M1 (16GB)

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be copied from LrC Help > System Info menu item. Paste into you next forum post.
