Image Number

I have successfully downloaded LrC to a new Windows 11 computer and I have set all my preferences the way I want them except for one thing. I set preferences (View>Options) so that the file name appears in the upper left of each image in Loupe and Grid in the Library Module. But I cannot see where I can turn off the default gray numer on the left side of the image. Where is that set?
