Image opening to PS from Lr is in wrong place.

Opening an image to PS from Lr is putting the image mostly outside of the PS window in the upper LH corner.  You can just grab the top of the window to drag it into place so you can work on it.

There was a similar problem a few months ago that was fixed.

I would be grateful for any help,.

Thanks,

Tom

I thought a change of preference options might fix the problem.

I cannot re-produce the image window outside the Ps window boundaries with any options.

Have you tried a total reset of Ps Preferences?

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

    Try changing Photoshop Preferences-

In the Workspace panel- check/tick the option to [Open Documents as tabs]

See if it corrects the problem.

Hi WobertC, thanks for the suggestion but I do not like using Tabs.  I like having the image full screen so I can move the image around at will.
