images are blurry when downloaded from lightroom

So I've edited the photos just how i want them, and when I download them, they are blurry. Help please! I have changed every export setting I can think of.

    Can you show us an example? Can you show us before you export, and after?

    Can you show us a screen capture of your export settings?
