Images out of order in Lightroom

I have an editor who edits my weddings and sends them back to me to export via Lightroom catalogue.

I re-order the images as appropriate before I send them to her.Lately, when her catalogues come back to me the images are all out of order. (as they originally were before I custom ordered them and sent them to her). I have custom order checked on my end.

Do you know what to do about this?
