Since upgrading to 13.3.1  I have been unable to import photos from my Delkin  XQD reader. THe screen shot tells the tale: Please advise. Thanks.

in the hard drive you are importing to, how much free space?

in the hard drive you are importing to, do you have access rights?

Is the hard drive and the folder in your imports destination correct?

That message likely means you do not have full write rights to the destination drive/folder. If you are on a Mac, sometimes system updates will cause that issue. If the destination is a new drive, you need to give yourself full rights in order to write to the drive.

I can't read your attached file (or anyone's attached file); it would help if you included your screen capture in your message by clicking on the "Insert Photos" icon.

Nevertheless, my guess is that either the camera card has gone bad, or the card reader has gone bad.
