Import errors for MP4 videos from GoPro Hero 8 and DJI Magic Pro to Lightroom Classic

Question

I am trying to import from my GoPro Hero 8 and Magic Pro

Sometimes the videos import, but most times the MP4 videos come up with an import error, of no frames, or not a video file or not supported or damaged - when they aren't

Is this an issue with Lightroom Classic or perhaps driver issues.....I thought maybe with the GoPro Hero 8 but I have the same issues with my Mavic Pro videos as well,...

The videos might be encoded with HEVC, which isn't supported on Windows LR. LR gives inscrutable errors when you try to import such videos.

To verify, upload one of the problem videos to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here.
