import failed what i do?

Hi, when I try to import a particular album to LRC in library those photos are gray, you never see the preview. It only happens with some albums in particular, with others all good.

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'd love to help you figure this out; I need more info.

 

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on? Where are you importing from? What kind of images are in the albums that crash? RAW or JPEG?

 

Please go to Lightroom Classic > Edit > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot the GPU further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

hello, after your recommendations there were no changes, this is the screen.Before I had another version of LRC and when I updated these problems started, so I think I have the latest version, since the update was last week. I'm importing from my PC disk, and I also tried from a card, JPEG.
