Import not recognizing photos LrC 11.0 and 10.15.7

I've updated to Lightroom Classic 11 and am using macOS Catalina V10.15.7 on a Macbook Pro.  Previously, I would plug my Canon Mkiii in, the import window in Lightroom would appear and automatically the new photos would appear and I would click import.  Now, since these updates, the Camera name appears but no photos appear so LR seems to be detecting the camera but not the images.

Can anyone help me please.
