Import photo from Photo App on a Macbook air m1 - not working

Hello, I cannot export images from Photo o LrC, nor import from LrC. When I try from LrC to import the Phototeque, it mentions that it is not a correct library, and that I version 9.5.1 ? When I export from Photoand choose to export to LrC, nothing happens.
